Managers facing a problem encounter the dilemma of trying to strip away personal biases and perceptions in order to gain a clear picture of the underlying problem. Staff may be reluctant to discuss the problem or they may offer conflicting perspectives. Complicating the situation is coming up with a viable solution that identifies the necessary resources and steps to solve the problem.
Organizational Insight looks at what is going on in the company, asks questions and assists the manager to pin point the real issue. As the principal for Organizational Insight, I work with the manager to develop a practical solution and I also assist the client to implement the solution in order to achieve the desired result.
