Organizational Insight provides management skill development targeted at the client's specific need. Training objectives are developed and refined based upon the client's desired outcome. Presentation concepts are illustrated using real world situations and include small group exercises to allow for first hand experience.
In some situations, one-on-one coaching is the most effective way to enhance management skills. As the manager for Organizational Insight, I work with the client to identify the specific skill to be developed. During the coaching process, I provide feedback and assistance to help the client to strengthen the desired skill. The benefits of the enhanced management skill are evaluated by measuring business results.
